Manage the entire sales process, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding and managing existing accounts
Demo the product to potential leads
Support and follow new customers during the whole onboarding process, advising them on how to utilize the software based on their needs, audience, and business plan
Develop strong customer relationships promoting satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Identify customers with low-performing campaigns, investigate the reasons and suggest solutions
Work with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to all clients and prospects so all relevant requests are handled correctly
Work with CRMs to maintain accurate records of all customer details, dialog and sales opportunities
Help in recommending and implementing sales strategies and implementations
Job has commission. Full time not W2.
