The Role

Working as the Digital Marketing Manager is dynamic and always evolving. Among the various activities you will perform you’ll find:

● Plan, manage and optimize digital marketing activities to attract, convert and
nurture leads and prospects using all social media and digital channels.
● Benchmark and identify best performing tools to optimize demand generation
campaigns and spending.
● Track, analyse and report on the performances of all digital marketing
activities (including growth hacking methodologies).
● Monitor all the steps of the digital funnel to increase efficiency and conversion.
● Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as
LinkedIn, G2, YouTube and other B2B specific platforms.
● Monitor social media campaign performances to ensure plans are delivering
against agreed KPIs and take corrective measures when necessary.
● Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
● Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and
better ways of generating leads and measuring marketing activities.

Requirements
You'll need to have:
● A Growth Hacking Mindset (tech-growth hacking experience as a plus)
● 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and social media in SaaS
● Solid knowledge and experience in B2B Lead Generation strategy & effective tools
● Knowledge of the Agile Working Structure (Start-up experience as a BIG plus)
● Solid knowledge of all the Digital Marketing tools: SEO, SEA, G-Analytics, etc.
● Solid knowledge and experience in social media platforms (B2B focus)
● Experience in Performance Marketing, Marketing Automation and Analysis.
● Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
● Leadership, Ownership and Organizational skills (with the multitasking capabilities)
● The ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
● Good kills in data analysis, interpreting statistics and reporting to senior leaders
● An eye for details and the ability to work accurately
● Motivation, commitment, and passion for start-up agile environments
● Growth-driven and international mindset with real ambition to disrupt the market
● Excellent written & spoken skills in English and in Italian (other languages as a plus)
