Job Description:
• Answer calls, Live Chat & Emails professionally to provide information about services, resolve issues & set exemplary standards of service.
• Keep records & recording details of customer transactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate and timely actions are taken on customers' requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
