The Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform all rounded administrative duties to manage the operation of the office
  • Perform all necessary administrative support for the sales, engineering and HR team
  • Uphold a filing system for the payment records and other relevant documents
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mails
  • Handling on-demand client & project documentations, and internal documentations
  • Responsible to support funding or other program application
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in the related fields
  • Holder of diploma or above (we welcome candidates from all streams)
  • Attention to details and able to solve problems independently
  • Possess strong coordination skills; able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
