Role
Availyst is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help us build out our product and our team.

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience in a dev role or 1-2 years of startup leadership and scale experience. Additionally, we’re looking for candidates with an understanding of API integrations, LLMs, enterprise and consumer-facing mobile technology, and cloud-based infrastructure.

This individual will lead new feature development, maintain the product roadmap, and communicate with our contract developers to ensure efficiency and accuracy during development. The developers are specialists in design, backend, and frontend development. We use a design-first approach to development to reduce technical debt and increase user satisfaction.

This will start as low salary with equity incentive with the option to move into a FT position.

Technical Expertise
Ideal candidates are full-stack engineers with 3+ years of experience and understanding in the majority of the following technologies and disciplines. We encourage applicants to apply even if they do not consider themselves an expert in each category, but are seeking deep understanding of system architecture and database optimization.
