Performance Tester

As a Performance Tester, you will provide critical feedback and deliver project excellence.
This position forms part of Evalueserve Romania’s ITC division and is within a multicultural, supportive, and dynamic team of professionals that provides support and solutions to clients mainly in the Americas and Europe.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test cases and scripts through product specification analysis and performance test requirements
• Provide expertise in performance testing
• Monitor test results and analyze performance metrics from Azure Insights, Windows server, and test tools and applications
• Understand throughput, latency, memory, and CPU utilization
• Mentor QA team members and manage outside contractual / part-time testers
• Maintain cordial relationships with the development team and business / product owners
• Evaluate dependencies, limitations, and risks and obtain support from all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree
• Knowledge of LoadRunner on-premise / cloud and open source-based load testing / monitoring tools such as JMeter and Gatling
• Strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, ideally in a continuous delivery environment (Agile / Scrum)
• Understanding of the delivery of QA services for products / platforms
• 3–6 years of IT and business domain experience in planning and testing across multiple web browsers and software platforms in Agile-based development models
• Expertise in performance test design, test scripting, execution, monitoring, and analysis of complex multi-tier distributed applications in both Server hosted and containerized platforms
• Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to the company’s goals and missions
