What to Expect
In this role, you will be serving both our Customer Success and Support teams, as well as interacting directly with clients as needed to complete data projects.
You will be working in large files of contact data from multiple, disparate sources working to standardize data for import, troubleshooting import errors, as well as working manually in client accounts to merge already existing data.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Cleaning and prepping data files from various sources for import into Better Agency client accounts.
Prepping data files includes matching record IDs, de-duplicating records using various fields, logic, and judgment-based decision making, contacting clients for missing data or clarifying questions, and formatting data into required CSV formats and file sizes.
Importing prepped data files in Better Agency client accounts using Better Agency import tools.
Verifying imported data through various means, such as reporting and manual lookups.
Merging data already in Better Agency client accounts manually, matching information visually, and ensuring all data is merged under one record.
Communicate with clients and internally to ensure all parties are up to date on data projects, status, and expected completion dates.
Troubleshoot, file bug tickets, and work collaboratively with the product team on any import tool issues.
Participate in product feedback sessions to provide insight and recommendations on improving our client data import processes.
