About Ludo Ventures: We are a salestech platform accelerating income for individuals and companies. We connect individuals like housewives, underpaid employees, unemployed graduates with sales opportunities sourced from high growth companies. We cater to Edtech, Fintech, Agritech, HealthTech, Saas & EV sectors. We started this venture with an aim to help companies grow their sales network exponentially. Our mission is to serve as an authentic platform for 2 cr population to source sales opportunities from the companies willing to expand their sales globally but cannot afford to hire salesfolks because of operational and financial challenges. We have already done successful pilot with EV & Tourism Industry and have been able to generate business worth INR 20 Cr for our partners thus translating into commission distribution to the individuls to a tune of INR 1 Cr. Our Sales folks alias channel partners include people from all walks of life who are spread all across the country. We have been able to transform the lives of few channel partners through our training methodology and by providing them a robust and steady income stream while working from home.

About Founders:
• Anand Rai (Co- Founder)- Being an industry veteran , Anand is one of the intellectuals behind the idea of LUDO. He looked for the critical element in every business. “Sales & Capital” was the reply. This sparked the concept of a start-up that assists businesses with sales acceleration and capital, as these are not the areas where a company can cut corners.
• Shikha Jain (Co- Founder & Operations Head)- Being in the industry for more than 10 years, Ms. Jain has a fair share of brainstorming the idea of LUDO. Along with this, she is the person behind managing the entire operations team. She is the mechanism behind the machine.

Remuneration:
-Upto 10% equity only until funding
-No salary until funding
-Salary only after funding
-Only minor living expenses shall be reimbursed

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the entire technical aspects of the company as a co-founder & CTO.
• Creating a road map for the product from ideation to launching.
• Actively contribute to experimental ideas and thereby helping in analyzing the market fit of the proposed product

Requirements:
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a must with strong decision-making skills and highly self-driven.
• Strong IT SKILLS with the ability to launch an amazing website and mobile application single-handedly (maybe with a few Jr support Engineers during initial period.
• Ability to scale up the company tech from scratch with strong Tech background/skills
• A Seasoned Start-up Enthusiast, a Tech evangelist, or someone who has been through the learnings of any IT or technology company hands-on, and who must have demonstrated a combination of awesome Individual Contribution, Team Leadership, and Great Character
• A technically strong Individual with experience to build something from Scratch and Scalable Solutions
