Job description
Viora Health is looking for a Project Manager to join our exciting startup. This is an exciting core role that has the potential to grow into a C-level role in the future. This role will liaison between operations, business development, and product functions to move the team forward to execute on projects using our technical solution to demonstrate value.
We're changing healthcare access for millions of American adults with social needs to empower them to better manage their health. Our team has 50+ years of experience in business, medicine, biostatistics, public health, data science and engineering and is advised by healthcare veterans and serial entrepreneurs with past exits/M&A. We are funded by credible healthcare institutions such as the NIH, NSF, AHA, J&J amongst others.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ yrs full-time experience in healthcare in product management, operations or customer success role
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Master's degree in public health or health adminstration a plus
- Start-up experience a plus
- Superior critical thinking and operational capability to manage projects.
- Superior verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Some familiarity in the application of project management principles and tools.
- Some Application Project Management experience preferred. -Past experience in executing grant funded research projects end-to-end -Past experience in measuring and meeting KPIs on research projects and studies
- General understanding of operations or background in healthcare organizational relationships.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Power point.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; solid written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and operate under tight deadlines.
- Attentive to detail and ability to always follow-through to completion# Responsibilities
Product Oversight:
- Oversee product development initiatives with a focus on developing and managing roadmap and supporting the business with pre- and post-launch needs
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by development teams
- Oversee developers to run a structured and consistent product management process using Kanban, Jira, Trello, and other tools
- Engage with internal and external product users to optimize user experience and minimize time to insights
Program Execution:
- Able to recruit, coordinate, and manage efforts of various parties (clinicians, researchers, business admins, developers, statisticians) in grant-funded projects to ensure succesful and timely execution -Organize, document, monitor efforts within time and budget to meet project goals -Collaborate with management to help set the strategic roadmap and drive resource and investment decisions utilizing stakeholder feedback, intuition, market research
Customer Success:
-Liaison between operations, business development, and product functions to ensure successful execution of KPIs and deliver value to customers
-Understand and translate customer needs to scope out pilots and plan resources to execute research studies
