We are searching for a Digital Account Manager who can seamlessly juggle multiple clients and projects, with experience in digital marketing but also determined to learn and evolve.

You will be happy to take ownership of your clients and always desire to exceed expectations and strive to grow your clients. You will be proactive in understanding your client's business intimately, developing and maintaining solid relationships, critically driving and assessing strategies set in place, and adhering to strict deadlines/budgets. Working with our Client Services Director and the Technical Lead, you will always do your best and plan and deliver client work on time and at a high standard.

As a Digital Account Manager at S&F, you will be managing a suite of clients and be responsible for implementing growth strategies and campaigns across SEO, SEM, SMM and email marketing.

You will collaborate with our team of specialists to develop strategies for clients to maximise their ROI and be responsible for delivering insightful campaign reporting.

The successful candidate will ideally have 2 to 3 years in agency client service. We want someone who shows hustle, is buttoned up, proactive, pragmatic and confident with people.

As our new Digital Account Manager, you will:

Be degree qualified (business/marketing would be a bonus)
2 - 3 years experience in digital agency client service/account management
Have experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge in SEO / Google Ads / Social Media / Email Marketing
Strong relationship/project management skills
Have a growth mindset
Be a critical thinker
Be a proactive team player and asker of questions
Have strong communication skills – fluency in English is a must!
Ability to work autonomously
Can manage multiple projects and client needs
Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Have the right to work in Australia
