Code Labs Academy is looking for a Fullstack Developer and Bootcamp Instructor to manage the Web Development and Operations Teams and their respective projects, as well as providing teaching support to the Web Development bootcamp.

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000€ (Depending on level of experience)

Job Description

As our Fullstack Developer and Bootcamp Instructor, you will:

• Teach sessions in the web development bootcamp
• Create curriculum and host workshops in your area of choice
• Maintain, scale and expand existing projects
• Provide technical support to the Operations Team (e.g., Operations, People Operations)
• Contribute to development team and web development projects
• Lead your own projects
• Automate key organizational processes
• Identify key areas of improvement to make the company more efficient
• Create custom software solutions and programs to optimize organizational functioning

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in Computer Science
• 1+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience teaching or tutoring
• Knowledge of the tech industry and tech bootcamps
• Full stack web developer
• Deep understanding of and proficiency in:
• Modern web technologies (and excited to learn new ones)
• e.g. Node.js ES6, TypeScript, React
• Exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application
• Experience with API design
• How the web works
• Web development news
• Technical Skills:
• Implement workable UI / UX for simple interfaces without detailed guidance
• Independent builder
• Proficient with coding standards and common patterns (recursion, OOP, typical front end and back end architectures)
• Background in Computer Science
• Some experience in software engineering and web development
• Some experience working with HTML5, CSS3, and JS frameworks
• Experience using the MERN Stack
