Responsibilities
Understanding of the funding resources, services, and clinical standards and outcomes.
Assist in locating funding for special procedures or other patient needs.
Perform analytical and data entry tasks.
Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements.
Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with patients.
Confidentially manage patient accounts.
Effective collaborator and works well with a team of other caretakers.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office Suite ,Excel, and Word
Strong computer skills: ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with CPR systems preferred
Highly organized with a strong ability to manage different priorities
Ability to work with others and use resources to problem solve
Apply good judgement to fast-changing situations
Strong customer service skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
