This Opportunity

The Vice President of Marketing is a senior leader on the Truveta team, leading a team to help guide Truveta product strategy, build the Truveta brand, and drive business growth. This role will lead product marketing for Truveta, leading value prop creation, positioning, messaging, competitive and market intelligence, and other product marketing activities. They will also help craft the overall business plan, pricing, packaging and overall GTM approach for Truveta products and services with expertise in data analytics, monetization, and growth. This role will also be responsible for leading strategic marketing, cultivation of the Truveta brand, front end customer experience and creation of the sales funnel, driving demand and sales leads, community development and engagement, and campaigns designed to drive growth across multiple target audiences.

This leader must be a vibrant team leader with a passion for building a strong team and overall company culture, poised for hyper growth. This role will play a pivotal role on the Truveta Leadership Team and play a critical role in shaping the future success of Truveta’s products and services, and overall business opportunity.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end product marketing and marketing strategy for Truveta
  • Develop value props for Truveta products and services, connecting with distinct audiences
  • Develop and execute product positioning and go-to-market strategies for new offerings and product features
  • Lead message testing and other activities in the development of world-class messaging and positioning across audiences
  • Provide expertise on the market, competition, and ecosystem to inform the company’s efforts
  • Develop expertise on how to best reach and motivate buyer and user personas to inform company and product strategy
  • Play a key role in managing the product lifecycle including launches, analytics, impact, new features, and new channels
  • Lead Truveta business strategy, pricing, and packaging plans
  • Lead a team focused on driving business growth for Truveta across disciplines, inclusive of marketing operations, CRM, website, campaigns, sales materials, events and more
  • Create the customer lifecycle/sales funnel – from first contact to engaged sales leads to cultivating customer loyalty
  • Create a scalable GTM approach for driving growth, building an internal team, optimizing agency resources, and maximizing the marketing budget for optimal impact
  • Responsible for creation, cultivation, and maximization of the Truveta brand
  • Partnering with health system members, life science customers, technology partners and others to create co-marketing campaigns and plans to drive growth for Truveta
  • Ongoing analytics and optimization using the latest technology to drive rapid growth
  • Create compelling content for marketing campaigns, sales, and industry events that differentiates our products in the market
  • Communicate expectations, plans, and results with engineering, product management, finance, Truveta board of directors, and other stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Willingness to commit to ongoing training on key topics like privacy, ethics, and security

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in product marketing or marketing discipline, ideally with a background in health and technology, ideally focused on subscription services with recurring revenue.
  • Depth experience in creating world-class positioning and messaging frameworks, mapped to business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with depth understanding of market conditions, customer needs and competitive offerings desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills required.
  • Experience across the entire marketing mix, including measurable results and impact.
  • Ability to influence and also be a team player required.
  • Must embrace and respect the critical nature of protecting the Truveta brand.
  • Strong writer, creative thinker and nimble executor.
  • Great collaborator and ability to adopt new technologies quickly.
  • Willingness to lead teams and also work independently in an agile environment.
