Architect and project manager in Hokkaido, Japan

ABD Architecture is hiring an architect and project manager to join its office in Hokkaido, Japan.

Join ABD Architecture LLC, a new architectural firm in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, that offers services in architectural design, project management in Niseko, Furano and greater Hokkaido, as well as consulting and due diligence services in for land developments, building developments and luxurious properties in Niseko, Furano, Sapporo and throughout Japan.

We are a trilingual (English, Japanese, Chinese) team with qualifications in project management, real estate, engineering and architecture.

We are looking for motivated and talented architects and project managers with qualifications in architecture and at least five years’ of experience in Japanese ski resort construction projects.

The ideal candidates have:

CAD (we use mostly Revit and Twinmotion)
passion for architecture
linguistic skills (English, and ideally Japanese or Chinese)
experience in luxurious residences, hotel condominium and/or resort land developments
work experience outside of Japan
will to learn new things
ideally license to drive a car in Japan
interest in sustainable design (efficient one), structural design, MEP design
Japanese 1st class architect welcome
PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel Outlook)
