The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help transition our business from its existing work practices to infuse an accurate, agile understanding. You will coach, mentor and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific department challenges. You will analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, you will play a vital role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, enabling our teams to deliver better products faster and more efficiently.

Your typical day at HomeStars:

Coach agile teams in the methodology.
Integrate related methodologies within the company.
Develop standards and requirements for the agile process.
Provide training to employees on the agile methodology.
Help teams navigate agile tools and software.
Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in.
Evaluate the practices against the standard agile framework

Must-have qualifications:

Scrum Master certification.
5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments.
Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
Strong leader, educator, and coach.
An excellent communicator and motivator.
Strong interpersonal skills and patience.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

Scaled Agile framework certification (e.g., SAFe).
Computer Science background.
