Opportunity and Responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity for result driven and ambitious individuals to join our team and contribute significantly towards multiplying the business manifold. Reporting directly to the business owners, this role is responsible for building a network of Channel Partners for our immigration advisory business in major cities across India. The ability to Organise, Plan and structure your workload in an autonomous manner will be absolutely key to your success in this role. We neither have the time nor inclination to micromanage. You will have lots of freedom which comes with an equal amount of responsibility.
Key Deliverables:
Developing a network of Channel Partners across major cities in India - Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad etc.
Functions-
Identifying the right Channel Partners based on our partnership criteria
Meeting, Networking, rapport building and following up with identified Potential Channel Partners
Signing Up and onboarding Channel Partners
Training, Motivating and driving Channel Partners
Sourcing leads from Channel Partners
Doing joint meetings with Channel Partners prospects
Closing leads sourced f with the help of Channel Partner and our sales team

Experience:
Minimum 4 years and Maximum 6 years experience in Channel Sales with Real Estate/Luxury Cars/Financial Services/Broking
Qualifications: MBA/MMS/PG Diploma in Marketing
Compensation:
Fixed- 7 lacs to 8 lacs p.a.
Variable- Attractive performance-based incentive - no upper limit. Some of our sales staff have earned more than their annual salary in the past.
