Desired Experience

• Has built innovative, high-traffic, consumer-focused, revenue generating iOS apps.
• Has an example of an amazing iOS app that they were primarily responsible for that is currently in the Apple App Store.
• Has developed in highly structure environments (think daily agile scrums and strict coding standards) and in less structured environments.

As the team grows you will have the choice to remain an individual contributor or assume a supervisory role.

Desired Skills

Your advanced iOS developer skills will be vital in the following areas

• Swift programming and Xcode management
• Backend API integration and optimization
• Third party API integration and optimization
• Voice recognition
• On device data storage
• Initial user data hydration
• Version update management
• Core ML training
• A huge bonus would be expert python, text-to-speech and chatbot skills

Work environment

As a key member of the initial team, you will have a role in developing the work environment and company culture. We are coming out of a pandemic where some developers may have worked from home for the first time. For others, the pandemic work-from-home environment was business as usual. It will be a collective effort to figure out how to continue to minimize our daily work day friction while building a collaborative culture.

Compensation
As an early contributor in a ground breaking technology company of course equity will be part of your compensation. Along with equity you can expect health insurance and a liberal PTO policy.
