The Role
Nosh Robotics is building home robots that cook delicious food. Idea is to take humanity forward and relieve it completely from cooking in the next 20 years. Our vision is to enable everyone to cook and taste dishes from every corner of the Earth, making sure no one misses those meals they crave for, any time of the day!

We are looking for a rockstar Computer Vision Engineer, who will be working on solving one of the novel problems in AI, building AI for food.
What you'll do
- Work with Python-based deep learning frameworks to develop computer vision applications in the food tech domain
- Develop AI to monitor cooking stages of ingredients and vegetables such as tomatoes, onions etc)
- Solve for cooking with ingredient variation through sensors and algorithms.
- Solve for consistency of food.
- Use multiple sensor data along with Image processing techniques to achieve desired results.
- Optimize the model to run on edge device such as Single board computer.
- Deploy the trained & optimized model.
- Work on building the cooking algorithm using trained model and sensor data.
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Who you are
- Someone with strong technical background
- Have 2+ years experience building robust models
- Proficiency in Python and C
- Ability to derive insights and patterns from failures
- Ability to analyse and optimise performance for SBC implementation
- Can define experiments for hypothesis testing
- Having a research experience is a plus.
- Having higher qualification such as MTech or PhD in related domain is a plus.
