We've developed delicious plant-based meats made from upcycled mushroom waste without gluten, soy, GMO, and preservatives.

We're dedicated to expanding market access with the most affordable alternative proteins on the market. Our low COGS and production process enables us to undercut major competitors and achieve price parity with meat. The key barrier to mass adoption is currently price. We are priced 20-40% lower than competitors, enabling a larger, mainstream consumer base. Current options are often too price prohibitive for lower income consumers, but for plant-based foods to be truly accessible and widely adopted, price reduction is necessary.

We're hiring a super organized, efficient, and tech savvy Director of Operations

• Ensures that HACCP, GMP, and FDA standards are achieved and completed
• Oversee operations which includes quality, production, maintenance, capital planning and EHS.
• Manage and control assets to achieve and improve cost objectives while meeting or exceeding Customer's expectations
• Liason with copacker facilities operate safely and in compliance with regulatory and corporate safety and environmental programs standards and goals
• Ensures that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced following quality guidelines

5+ years of relevant Operations Management experience within the CPG Food industry.
