Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Manage outbound and Inbound calls to tutors, activity centers, and free-lancers in timely manner and to the best of your abilities.
Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities and successfully convert them on the Campus 365 platform.
Inform the prospective tutors about the company's products/services and offers.
Identify their needs and wants and find a mutually acceptable way ahead.
Once onboarded, meaningfully engage with the tutors for class scheduling, formulating unique workshops, etc.
Make meaningful bonds with tutors to ensure an outstanding experience for customers.
Overall be a reliable and contributing member of the team.
