Finance, HR and Operations Manager

About the job:

We are hiring a Manager of Finance and Operations to manage finances, accounting, HR and other business operations in our organization. Part-time, potential for full time in future. Market rate compensation. Local desired, remote is possible for the right candidate.

We are ideally looking for someone experienced in leading and managing finance and HR operations at an early stage SaaS company and is excited about contributing to the growth of the company in a meaningful way. This role reports directly to the CEO of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, monthly financial reporting
• Manage our subscription billing platform and SaaS metrics derived from that platform
• Create and manage monthly and annual budgets, forecasts and financial projections
• Oversee and manage payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding
• Manage stock option plans
• Manage vendor and consultant contracts
• Collaborate and work closely with CEO and other executives to continually improve operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing finance, HR and other internal business operations
• 2+ years working building financial models and tracking metrics for a SaaS company
• 2+ plus years of accounting experience ideally as a CPA/CMA
• 2+ years experience with Quickbooks
• 2+ years managing HR, payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding using Gusto or similar
• 2+ years managing subscription billing and payment processing with ChargeBee/Recurly/Stripe or other subscription billing platforms
• 2+ years experiencing managing A/P through Quickbooks and Bill.com
• Experiencing generating financial reports, charts and presentations for executives, investors and board members
• Experiencing helping early stage companies grow, expand and mature their operational processes
