Your RoleAirDNA is looking for a motivated and curious product analyst to join our growing team. You will use multiple data sources to answer business questions, build insight and hypotheses to guide feature development to improve user growth and retention. You will work closely with product, engineering, and senior management to understand business problems and quantify the best way of solving them.

Here's what you'll get to do:

• Deliver inquisitive analyses that answer critical business questions.
• Implement and scale the product analytics stack in collaboration with product management and engineering.
• Own the creation and maintenance of self-serve tools (Looker dashboards, Tableau visualizations, etc.) that will enable the PM organization to be more data-centric in their decision-making.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

• 3+ years of experience in a Product or Business analytics role.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex results to senior leadership.
• Experience working with data from user behavior platforms like Segment, Heap, and Google Analytics.
• Strong grasp of advanced SQL, such as using subqueries and window functions.
• Experience building intuitive and concrete dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisions (using Tableau, etc.)

Nice to haves:

• Experience with building qualitative studies to understand user behavior of a SaaS product.
• Working knowledge of using Python for data analysis.
• Experience with distributed computing and analytic data warehouses such as snowflake, redshift, spark or bigquery.
