Position Summary
T&H organics was launched last year to bring premium organic skin care products to Indian consumers. We create truly safe products which are backed up by research and science. The response from our customers has been quite overwhelming and therefore we are currently on an expansion spree to diversify our footprint. We intend to launch multiple new products this year to meet this ever-growing demand and need dedicated and active management to manage our expanding business. We are thinking of disruptive distribution, marketing, and logistics to build this brand further.
The Business Head for T&H organics will be part of our strategic decision making team. He/She will play a critical role in the digital expansion of our business and oversee new product launches.
As the business is in self-funding mode right now, we offer a limited fixed salary but very promising equity amount to balance remuneration. You will be a key member of this growing business with numerous opportunities
Job description
T&H Organics is looking for a self-motivated and highly driven Business Head who will be part of the core decision-making team. The Business Head will be leading the areas like digital marketing, sales and product launches and operations. The Candidate should have the zeal to work in a dynamic environment and contribute with full enthusiasm and sense of ownership. He/she should be hands-on, have business acumen and passion to scale-up the business. The Business Head will be expected to be thoroughly involved with customer segmentation, positioning initiatives, streamlining sales strategies, pipeline management, and establish process in various across company functions.
The candidate is expected to thrive in ambiguous situations, with excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Key Pre-requisites
Postgraduate degree in Management, with 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in B2C environment.
Experience of driving an end-to-end business will be an added advantage
Familiarity with cosmetics or retail industry preferred
Desired skills
• Sales, marketing and hands on understanding of social media marketing
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty. Self-driven
• Prioritising work flows based on the business dynamics and environment.
• Effective time and resource management to ensure optimum productivity
