What You’ll Do:
PropertyMuse is seeking a full-stack web developer with pure vanilla coding experience to play an instrumental role in building and maintaining a state-of-the-art central back end for the next evolution of the rental real estate industry. As a PropertyMuse developer, you will work with a veteran full-stack developer on everything from new features to bug updates to HTML and CSS adjustments to creating entire new modules. Essentially, the job involves writing and integrating code across the board.

Note that PropertyMuse uses the following technology stacks: PHP, MongoDB, NGINX, NodeJS, Apache, Amazon Web Services (EC2, CloudFront, S3), and Varnish.

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the following:

• Working with the designer's UI/UX to implement to site, applying HTML5/CSS3 standards while fully supporting mobile-first view.
• QA of your own work as well as leading QA with teams relating to all development.
• Integration in both back-end and front-end interfaces.
• Installing and configuring web servers and application servers.
• Crafting simple, obvious, maintainable and scalable code.
• Understanding problems that arise and logical steps to take to solve them.

What You’ll Need:

Required:

• Strong background in developing websites with mobile responsive support.
• 3+ years of vanilla JavaScript experience. PropertyMuse does not use libraries or frameworks.
• 3+ years vanilla PHP5+ object-oriented programming. Again, PropertyMuse does not use libraries or frameworks.
• 3+ years pure HTML5/CSS3.
• 3+ years of Linux (Bash) experience.
• 2+ years MongoDB.
• GIT competency.
• Ability to integrate in both back-end and front-end interfaces like a hotkey Olympian.
• Effective written and oral communication skills with teammates and team leaders.
