Media Buyer

We’re looking for a creative and energetic full-time Media Buyer to join our team with a passion for performance marketing and advertising. You will create and manage ads using various programmatic display platforms and, manage client budgets, and assist in account analysis & reporting. This role will be client-facing. Each Media Buyer will work directly with our Head of Media as well as our in-house creative team to formulate strategic action plans for each client and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels.

*Role and Responsibilities *

Develop, execute and maintain ROI focused paid media campaign across multiple channels
Use industry knowledge to develop and optimize paid media campaigns
Manage all components of client’s day-to-day communication and overall account health
Be able to complete multi channel media plans, support campaign ideation and manage paid media for clients
Build out programmatic plans through data driven targeting across a variety of digital channels (display, native, mobile, CTV, etc.).
Qualifications
3+ years in digital advertising
1+ year managing social media or programmatic display ads
1+ year working at an agency or managing accounts
1+ year working in cannabis
Experience building paid media plans
Experience executing and optimizing multi channel paid media campaigns
Strong people skills
Exceptional time management skill
Ability to manage multiple projects
Strong media and vendor management skills along with demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
Possesses a desire for excellence and a passion to succeed in a rapid-paced, deadline-committed environment where everyone is expected to be hands-on
Exhibit sound business judgment to navigate through everyday client and team challenges

Additional Company Information

This is not going to be a remote role. The HQ is based in Venice, Los Angele, CA.
Office Hours Monday through Thursday 10am-6p with Fridays Remote
Remote work will be available an additional 20 days per year.
This roll will be eligible for profit-sharing
