Where we are as a business:

• Joining a team where the tech MVP is built and the GTM strategy is being tested in the market, we need to add technical talent, since the executive team is now focused on sales, biz dev, and growing the business.
• Econic AI has 25 people bootstrapped a business for 2M self-funded, with 20 people equity only full-time serial entrepreneurs all with minimal multi-million dollar exits.

Primary Skills and Qualifications:

• The job is focused on understanding and using creative web strategies to acquire and retain customers through organic content creation – test and test to optimize conversion across Customer funnels.
• Primary soft skills essential to success in the job role are content flow obsessed, technology curious and web metrics fanatical.
• Primary technology skills are using data driven digital tool sets optimizing keyword research and link building.
• Minimum 2+ years in a role focused executing organic SEO marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Digital Success
  
• Working with product stakeholders companywide
  
• Work includes evolving content techniques across all channels (social media posts, videos, downloadable content, etc.)
• Working as a willing participant of a fast-paced team is expected
• Oversee monitoring and reporting on important social media trends and mentions
• Manage, build and maintain a content growth reporting program proving essential insights into growth program and assessing direct impact
• Success in this role is measured by standard SEO performance tools, including but not limited to keyword ranking, organic traffic, click through rates and conversions.
• Success is achieved by knowing where to put the company’s best content at the right time to drive results.

Requirements:

• Related work experience
• Proficient using MS Office Suite
  
• Collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Google Docs)
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• College Degree or equivalent work experience
• Certifications are a plus

Salary:

• Benefits available after the initial 90-day period
• The expectation is you are willing to defer part of salary for Stock in the Company, else why would you join us on this ride.
