The Role

About the role

At ContentQuo, the Account Executive's job is to identify, source, and close ideal
customer prospects while pursuing outbound leads (and, to a lesser extent, inbound
leads) for your pipeline. You will be leading prospects towards a robust and innovative way to approach Translation Quality Management in their organizations with ContentQuo SaaS. It’s like replacing a horse with a sportscar — you will enjoy a unique experience selling a best-in-class solution that replaces Microsoft Excel and email, and is used by some
of the best-known organizations in the world, including Slack, the European Parliament, as well as Global Top-100 translation agencies! Our sales process is still largely founder-driven, so there will be lots of creative freedom involved in shaping the role and executing relentlessly towards your goals. You will report directly to the CEO and help him define the present and future of the Sales & Marketing organization at ContentQuo.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently hit or exceed quarterly and yearly quotas for sales of ContentQuo
  • B2B SaaS annual subscriptions (4 digit price) in the SMB segment
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers, and work with management to provide an accurate sales forecast for your pipeline
  • Manage multiple prospects simultaneously at various stages of the buying cycle
  • Prospect, cold email, warm call, connect to, message, and otherwise engage at least 200 contacts per month with both manual outreach and existing outreach automation tools
  • Prepare and present software demos to prospects, explain key benefits and features
  • Guide prospects through ROI analysis, pricing, contracting, and payment
  • Work with Support to organize free trials and onboarding sessions
  • Track all your activities diligently in our CRM
  • Contribute your thinking, experience, and ideas to advance our sales and product

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience within a B2B environment, preferably software product sales
  • Proven experience with understanding customer pains around complex business processes
  • Advanced spoken and written English (C2 proficiency level) to talk to leads & prospects
  • Strong advantage: fluent spoken and written Russian (C1 or higher) to talk to product teams
  • Interest in, or experience with working across different countries, cultures, and languages
  • Strong track record of actively prospecting into new business opportunities
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals - you meet and exceed your numbers
  • Solid sales fundamentals, general business & commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to navigate prospect & partner interactions
  • Good grasp of CRM solutions (we use Pipedrive) and email/LinkedIn automation tools (we use Lemlist)
