Co-Founder

INdurance is looking for a co-founding Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in the SporTech industry. We have our first users that have shown high engagement rates with stable and growing MRR.
Location: Spain or remote

As a CMO you will be responsible for:
• Defining and implementing Go-To-Market plan
• Building and reviewing the road map every 6 months.
• In charge of all marketing strategies including; digital marketing, parthernships and prospecting clients / markets.
• In charge of SEO activities
• Creating and monitoring digital marketing campaings
• Analysing and Measuring all the marketing activies being in place
• Designing commercial strategies and expansion plans
• Building, leading and motivating a strong commercial team
• Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

Requirements:
• Commitment: 100 % involved in this project
• Solid experience in the sport industry or related
• Ideally, being act as a CMO or other marketing roles in previous companies.
• Deep understanding of technology’s impact in disrupting the sport industry or traditional industries
• Solid experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the digital sector
