Consultant Position Overview Director of Sales - Media Buying

Our goal is to unleash the barriers and biases of on-line scrutiny for developing business in popular online advertising platforms enabling better audience reach and higher success rates of client contact. We provide media buying services for: Enterprise Level, Facebook Authentic Profile lease, Facebook Page scoring and Google Enterprise Level Accounts

To hit our new client goals we want to add a Director of Sales - Media Buying to join our team in a full-time consulting role. This person will have solid sales experiences in the Facebook and Google Advertising world. This individual may also have worked in a business development role with a Digital Marketing Agency. This consulting role requires a go getter, who has at least three plus in a sales role and is looking to hop on, and contribute to a fast growth company. Your Professional Experience:

  • You have new business development experience working with eCommerce accounts, affiliate businesses or digital products
  • Past work, as an international account manager or sales representative, with track record of closing large advertising spends with clients
  • You know the technical side of Facebook and Google Ads too and have hands on expertise in the set up and managing of campaigns
  • A history of adding new clients and building revenues
  • You understand the content of media buying to clearly communicate to close sales
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is mandatory.
  • Willingness to develop a sales department and eager for growth
  • Your understanding & expertise of ecommerce and media buying is dynamic - constantly growing.

Who You Are as a Person, How You Work, What You to Do:

  • Develop strategy for sales initiative - globally, across targeted sectors and multiple approaches (direct sales, partnerships and referrals)
  • Elaborate working SOPs on lead generation, building partnerships and client onboarding to Customer Success Team
  • Pursue and obtain strategic partnerships, build lead generation abilities, bring in leads for closing by the sales team
  • Lead by example in building lead pipeline, organizing outreach via events and direct marketing and in closing in sales calls with new clients

  • Someone who was previously self employed or a business owner in the ecommerce space
  • High level of English fluency and a third languageSearching for the root cause of the problem and work on fixes
