The Role

THE COMPANY

At Quiver we're re-imagining what last-mile fulfilment can be - we want it to be faster, emission-less, more customer-centric, more transparent and more responsive. And that's what we're making.

Quiver enables your favourite retailers to provide a range of faster delivery options, including immediate delivery, to their customers at the point of checkout via our proprietary suite of APIs. Much like we're used to seeing different payment options at checkout, we're providing more customer-centric delivery options. To do this, Quiver's vertically integrated fulfilment network utilises our client's stores and our own micro-fulfilment centres to provide a delightful delivery experience.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will have a strong, demonstrable background in owning and establishing processes. Tell us about or show us a process that you've managed and continually adapted to improve its efficacy - ideally one that includes people as the key variable. You understand how to interpret numbers into measurable actions. You're able to write and communicate effectively. You are energised by working with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally. You're able to celebrate progress and success.

There are three core areas of responsibility that you'll take on;

  1. Managing our couriers and vehicles and ensuring we have the supply to meet delivery demand.
  2. Establishing our micro-fulfilment centres and implementing internal processes to ensure they're setup and operating efficiently.
  3. Use a data-driven approach to adapt courier supply and internal priorities as needed.

Equally, it's ok if you're raw but ambitious with little experience - show us your ability to design, document and run a process.

Perhaps you have 2-10 years experience working in a demanding environment. Awesome if you have a legal background and are now looking to make the shift to a more dynamic and invigorating role with significant upside potential. But no pressure if you don't - we're growing fast so if you like what we're working on, do apply.

€30-40k + meaningful early equity within Quiver.

Candidate Requirements

Highly motivated - we’d like you to be teeming with excited energy.
Process driven - process beats people so you need to be able to institute and write up a variety of processes.
Must be able to work a Google Sheet - how to analyse inbound stats, what does it tell us and how do we improve ourselves.
Be super flexible - roll up your sleeves and handle a variety of tasks each day.
Have to be able to have a basic technical understanding of what we do and be able to hold your own in a technical conversation to explain how Quiver works.
Must care about precision - spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and poor presentation are inexcusable and embarrassing - it's simply laziness. Got no room for that at Quiver.
Strong communication skills - be able to write well, clearly and concisely as well as speak well and understand how to pitch yourself and Quiver to different people - especially to our couriers. Are you able to work with people of varying backgrounds and cultures? Can you manage and motivate?
