Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager in Knoxville!

Schedule: Mon-Fri 40-45hrs a week. Pay is weekly and starts at $24/hr

Job Duties:
-Run outdoor construction install projects (including hardscape installations, pole barn building, and related outdoor construction projects)
-Follow production sheets
-Manage customer interactions during job construction
-Communicate back to office any change orders needed
-Manage a team of 3-4 people
-Weekly reports to Operations Manager, works closely with the lead designer
-Operate Machinery & Equipment Maintenance

Requirements:

• Must have Knowledge of The Industry (Construction science preferred, farm and equipment experience preferred)
• Must have Attention to Detail and Work with Excellence -Must be able to pass a Drug Test -Must be Reliable and have Strong Leadership Skills
