Account Project Manager

We are looking for an Account Project Manager to join our team!

Schedule: Mon-Fri 40+ hrs weekly

Pay: $18/hr+ DOE!!

Duties/Functions:
-Recruitment of contractors and affiliate partners
-Management of contractors
-Creation and implementation of a system to manage quality control
-Establish and fulfill weekly and monthly communication patterns with customers
-Streamline and systematize communication and reports
-Training of sub contractors
-Work with office manager to ensure payments from customers and to affiliates is happening on time
-Secondary upsells to clients

Qualifications:
-Knowledge of industry (mowing best practices, equipment care, )
-Attention to Detail
-Able to pass a Drug Test
-Must have a Valid DL and reliable transportation
-Organizational skills
-Excellent communication, people, and leadership skills
-Able to handle conflict
