**Sr. Motion and Graphic Designer:

Glimpse about the Role:

We are proactively scouting for a impeccable Visual and Graphic Designer who have hands on experience and played skin in the game on entire gamut of Graphic and visual designing like Videos editing, Newsletters, Formulation and editing of videos, Brand Collaterals like Brochures, Posters etc. across online and offline media and who have got his/her hands dirty on HTML5/CCS3 as well. Lastly and most importantly, He/she should have the knack to work in an agile environment and should be pretty much acquainted with startup titbits.
Desired Qualifications and Skill Sets:
A bachelor degree in Design, Fine Arts or higher in Graphic or UI/UX Design.
Over 4 years of experience working in the consortium of Health & Wellness preferably as a lobe of marketing and corporate communications teams, or alternatively in creative/digital agencies/Media houses.
High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects (web,video and animation software), visual effects, Premier Pro, XD, Bootstrap Grid and should be good at making illustrations (on ipad etc.)
Must have hands-on in the entire gamut of ATl, BTL and TTL facets such as collaterals, Banners, Posters, Brochures, Digital Marketing , videos (animation), etc
Proficient with video editing and animation/motion graphics.
Must have hands-on UI/UX designs.
Must have advanced knowledge of Axure, Mural, InVision, Keynote, OmniGraffle, Sketch or other design technologies.
Must have worked on HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap, E-mail Newsletter etc.
Independent self-starters who can ideate and execute projects end-to-end with a tad oversight.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Have to Work closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging and consistent creatives for email, social media, App, Digital, Print and Outdoor Media.
Have to devise innovative designs to deliver the key message across devices whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach.
Ensure all digital creative & front-end content produced is on brand, accessible, usable≠ & meets best practice standards.
Lead the creation of templated solutions for advertising assets such as email and display banners.
Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
Design brochure, presentations, and marketing material.
Communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences using sketches, storytelling, mood boards/storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and/or data visualizations Typography, Strong Color Sense.
Research, assist and lay new ideations and iterations on table for a variety of creative marketing campaigns across Digital, Outdoor, Print media etc
Liaison with cross functional teams to get the errands done.

Has the eye for detail and ability to conceptualize.

Emoluments:
Rs 3.60 Lpa to Rs 4.8 Lpa
