About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Android Engineer with a background in Kotlin and

React to build innovative solutions for our enterprise-focused application. Ideal candidates are open to challenges and enjoy customer engagement. As the company continues to scale so will the roles of those within it, thus leadership qualities are a plus. Our enterprise solutions optimize for stability, availability, single and multi-tenancy.

You'll be part of a dynamic team building products from the ground up and will work closely with the co-founders. You will lead the process of defining and driving the roadmap for BR products. In this role, you will define the long-term vision and clear strategy based on a solid understanding of customer needs, the strength of the competition, and the growth opportunities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

Design and build applications for Android platforms
Ensure performance and quality of the application
Collaborate with cross-functional team to define and design the app
Perform checks on correct functionality of the app
Integrate the application with backend tools such as cloud, APIs, and notifications platform
Responsible to help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Responsible for providing prototypes and proofs of concepts
Integrate analytics tools and services
Use encryption tools to safeguard content
Experience building and scaling enterprise products experience in solving complex UI and UX problems working with the product, backend, and designer teams
Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in Android apps development
Kotlin (expert)
React (intermediate)
