• You have worked as a full-stack software developer or lead software developer for several years, preferably in the online industry
• You have experience as a team lead or co-lead
• You are experienced in planning and delivery of projects on time
• You speak the language of software engineers, you work with new trends and technical possibilities on a regular basis, and you bring different points of view together
• You are used to work in scrum and agile software development
• You are a team player and prefer working in a collaborative setting
