Summary
This position provides high-level support to the entire Leadership Team, directly reporting to the EVP of Client Success. The Operations Assistant manages daily operations such as scheduling meetings, managing incoming calls and addressing borrower inquires and support tickets. The Operations Assistant will also work on various projects given by the leadership team on an as needed basis. This position requires a working knowledge of DecisionLogic products to successfully answer non-routine inquiries from customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have administrative and client service experience, possess top notch professional communication skills, be self-driven, organized and extremely detail oriented.

  • Execute various projects and tasks given by the leadership team through successful completion
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, visitors and borrower inquiries with attention to detail and a friendly demeanor
  • Support data analysis and reporting by curating information in CRM, excel reports, and other documents
  • Perform Billing duties including invoicing and processing payments
  • Support lead gen management; track incoming leads and lead source
  • Maintain leadership team’s calendars by arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and booking travel when needed
  • Manage any building maintenance related tasks from Property Management
  • Assist Sales and Client Success departments with any administrative task
  • Make copies, scans/faxes, and files; distribute mail
  • Perform scheduled bank deposits, coffee runs, orders lunches

Compensation:
$21.63 an hour with growth potential within the company.

Required Education and Experience

  • College degree desired
  • At least one year of administrative, customer service and/or hospitality experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in office software products and programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.at our San Diego headquarters.
