Summary

The Client Success Specialist works to address client onboarding, training and service needs efficiently and professionally. This role works with internal sales, IT and data teams to provide solutions to client challenges while offering best in class client service. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of DecisionLogic products to successfully answer inquiries from clients and provide valuable solutions to fit their needs.

Who should apply?

Proven, ambitious customer service-oriented individuals with a minimum of two (2) years of customer service-related experience. Candidates must possess confidence, professional etiquette, and be able to articulate clearly. Ability to create immediate and lasting relationships with clients is essential. Professional client interaction and phone etiquette is a must for this position.

Essential Functions

Including but not limited to...

Provide timely responses and comprehensive resolutions to all incoming client support needs via phone and email
Leverage internal team expertise and available resources to provide value driven solutions to client questions or challenges
Responsible for company set up and profile maintenance including creating landing pages, site users, company preferences, profiles and credentials
Conduct client trainings as needed i.e. portal use or implementation of best practices guide etc.
Conduct audits and reviews of client accounts; proactively reach out to clients to share recommendations for optimizations.
Support client integration process through successful completion and new client onboarding as needed
Responsible for educating and updating clients on procedural, technological, compliance and/or regulatory changes that may impact client workflow and service
Report and track technical errors through resolution; communicate with client base accordingly
Process invoice payments
Send proactive client communication regarding past due invoices and package renewals
Review usage trends and collaborate with appropriate departments to help identify key opportunities for innovation and client retention
Promptly escalate select issues across invoicing, usage growth or client strategy to the appropriate leadership team member.
Process compliance related requests within 14 days to ensure request forms are completed with no errors or issues within the 30-day deadline.

**Compensation:

Base rate of 48,000 and growth potential within the company.

Required Education and Experience:

College degree preferred.
At least two (2) years in a customer service or client success role
Experience in lending or banking a plus
Hours and Location

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. in our San Diego office.
