HR Compensation and Benefits

We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Compensation and Benefit to support our HR Department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR CompBen will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing and recruitment, employee training and development, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, and employee relations.

• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
• Developing a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives
• Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
• Plan something to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees

Qualifications:

• Working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
• Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
• Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
• Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
• Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
