Full Stack Developer for Fast Growing Edtech Startup

Hey guys we are a fast growing edtech platform, we are looking for a talented, and ambitious full stack developer to lead our development to the next level.

We are an online platform for international students to study abroad in China. www.china-admissions.com, we are expanding our current platform and then launching Global Admissions for international students to study internationally.

We have international investors, and we access to a range of leading mentors to help you with personal and career development. We are also offering stock options for talents who can take a leading role and take us to the next level as we scale internationally.

For the first step we would like to do some initial small scale project that is paid, and then after that we can confirm longer term.

Working environment

We need someone with a native level of English. international mindset is a must. It is important that you can deeply understand the users, and have solid people skills. Studying abroad, is an advantage but not necessary. We are a startup and looking for a developer who is truly full stack, who can code, (and potentially in the future hire, recruit, manage), understand UX deeply, with the potential to move into a more senior role as we expand

This enables us to move fast and achieve our ambitious targets. Stack is Django and WordPress, PostgreSQL and MySQL, AWS and shared hosting. Supporting stack involves Ansible, Gitlab CI, Docker.

We highly value the ability to learn, being open minded, caring about others, service, and a get stuff done attitude. We expect you’ll have a strong track record of developing high quality products before, high standards of excellence and entrepreneurial tendency.
