Workstaff is an emerging company in HR Tech SaaS, bringing gig economy tools to small and medium sized businesses across North America. We are looking for highly motivated people for an Account Executive role to work with SMBs across various verticals. This is a rare opportunity to join a tech startup with immediate growth potential and a product that truly impacts people’s lives!
As one of the initial members of our growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to drive revenue as well as shape the ongoing strategy, processes and product.

Responsibilities
- Become an advocate for Workstaff and its tools by promoting our value proposition and understanding client needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Be able to manage simple sales with small businesses to more complex negotiations with larger organizations and senior decision makers
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Comfort and ability in outbound acquisition of new business, having a “hunter” mentality
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Familiarity with Technology Sales and SaaS offerings
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Workstaff offers competitive compensation as well as a potential stock option plan. We work mostly remotely but regularly meet in person and our work schedule is flexible.
