Poolify is a platform which connects asset owners / managers with funds pooled by a pool of investors.

Broadly speaking, there are only two avenues for investment - Debt or Equity. The structured products are listed on the stock market / mutual funds space. But those come with their own baggage given the scale and cost of operations. There is a need in the market for retail investors to participate in boutique investment opportunities which promise a higher rate of return - possibly at a higher risk as its difficult to quantify it.

Opportunities like these were unstructured till now and only available if you knew the right persons within closed community circles. Poolify allows to use the power of technology to bring such opportunities to everyone around the world

Poolifty is for 3 type of people

1) Asset Owners

You have an asset and you wish to gather a pool of investors for financing that - you can list your asset on the platform

2) Asset Managers

You have found an asset which you can manage - a equity portfolio, a real estate fund, a art collection, investment in the next big startup and you are looking for funds - you can list this investment opportunity on the marketplace and charge a fee for leading it - either a fixed monthly fee or a AUM based yearly fee or a performance based fee or a combination of these.

3) Investors

You have some spare free money and are looking for opportunities better than fixed deposits and the equity markets spook you, this is the place for you to explore such investment classes. These are all unsecured investments and can be classified as high risk high return. Hence please consult your financial advisor before investing.

We are looking for a CEO to head the operations. The platform is under construction at the moment and is expected to go live by June 2022. We need someone to come on board at the early stage itself and help build the company from ground up.

Seed funding for the company is in place with expected runway of 1 year.
