Senior MERN Stack Developer (Tech Lead)

Job description
We are looking for "TEAM LEADER" who is having keen knowledge of MERN Stack .

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supports team and performs management duties in technical terms .
• They should have knowledge of Full Stack Developer in MERN (Mongo DB, Express JS, React JS, Node JS).
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, Redis or any NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of socket.io.
• Knowledge of AWS Load Balancer ELB and ALB.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and Scrum process.
• Build reusable modules for both client and server side usage.
• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
• Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
• Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
• Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
• Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
• Provide any training that team members need Communicate clear instructions to team members.
• Listen to team members feedback Monitor team members participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
• Take full responsibility of completing projects on time.

Qualifications and Skills--

Must Have technical backgroud.(B-tech, BCA , MCA)

B-tech+MBA will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary - 60k - 70k Per Month (No Bar for relevant candidates)
