Access trough phone and Laptop, at home and studio

We have a Frontend Developer onboard and a fullstack developer + our Design Guy
but we need a Backend Developer to flesh out the team

about 4 weeks of work and our frontend Kelly is the lead - she is in NY and most of our Team is in Zürich, Switzerland
