Summary
Miko is a California based advanced consumer robotics innovation lab passionate about bringing the best of technology to young learners everywhere. The company’s flagship product, Miko 2, is the first robot that uses playful, conversational learning to educate, engage and entertain kids. Our robots have been designed for the age group of 5-12 and we actively sell in the US, UK and UAE besides India.
Job brief
We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies. In this role you will be reporting to the Director of Growth (Global). Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.
If you’re interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As a growth marketing manager, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue.
Ultimately, you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Miko's revenue goals.
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
- Manage SEO.
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
Requirements
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prfioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Outstanding written, oral and organisational ability.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, DV360, Criteo, Mixpanel.
- Hands on experience with writing code is preferable.
- Proficient with Analytics.
- 3+ years’ experience in growth marketing/performance marketing.
