Procurement Analyst - Fast Track Graduate Programme' 21-22

What is the Fast Track Programme 21/22?

This programme has been developed to identify highly talented graduates, who are looking for a unique opportunity to start their career in a fast-paced, dynamic and digital environment, straight from University. The final candidates will join the team as Junior Analyst with a remunerated full-time agreement for 12 months (starting between January & February 2022).

During the Programme, your performance will be evaluated and reviewed. Top Performers will be promoted to a higher level and at the end will receive a job proposal to join the HQ team with a competitive remuneration and incentives package, subject to yearly promotion

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and maintaining optimal stock levels in support of operational activities, directly reporting to the Senior Logistics Specialist.

What you´ll do:

• Control and manage parts orders and inventory;
• Enhance the service provider/supplier base;
• Establish and maintain service provider/supplier service level agreements;
• Maintain and enhance price tables;
• Administer service provider/supplier invoicing and payments;
• Analyze and manage supplier performance;
• Improve and enhance processes;
• Periodic budgeting.

Who you are:

• Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Business Management;
• Previous experience of, at least 2 years, in similar functions;
• Fleet industry experience (rent-a-car, fleet management / leasing company, or auto workshop experience) – nice to have;
• Passion for the automotive or campervan industry;
• Easy to adapt and flexible;
• Good communication skills;
• Full English proficiency (mandatory), any other European Language is a plus;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
