Founding Head of Engineering

YPay is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the transition away from its no-code tech stack. As our first technical hire, you'll work closely with the founder to determine the go forward architecture and build a production stage crisp end product, either on your own or with the help of a small team you recruit.

• A former technical founder or early hire with some relevant experience.
• A strong background in computer science with a degree in CS or a related field.
• Experience building/managing technical teams.
• Although experience in healthtech is great, we're most interested in those with a consumer tech background.
• A love for the pace, energy, ambiguity, and scrappiness of an early stage startup.
• Someone as pissed as we are at dental and excited to get behind a mission driven company with some ambition.
