Product Head for fast growing fintech

Location - Pune

Reporting to - CTO

Responsibilities -

• Drive the product planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and convert them into product ideas
• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Define the product strategy and roadmap, guide a product from conception through design and into wide release
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Define KPIs to measure product success
• Run beta and pilot programs for new business initiatives
• Understanding of financial services, agritech landscape and the competition, seek
• opportunities for differentiation
• Make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses.
• Willingness to travel within India to meet business stakeholders and customers

Qualifications -

• 4 - 10 years of proven work experience in product management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its
• lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding of technology trends
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a product based environment
• 7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MBA/BE degree in Business and/or Technology
