Job Brief:-
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Sales Executive to coordinate our sales team, ensure the team’s sales targets are met, and support the management. Senior Sales Executive are responsible to perform sales, management and administrative related tasks, such as maintaining sales performance and training staff.
Job Description :-
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Active participation to pursue new business and sales opportunities.
- Identify the needs of the customer and provide the deep information to the customer about the technical features of the software offered by the company.
- Work with the departments such as Marketing/sales and IT team to engage the clients and resolve all the queries facing customers related to software.
- Build strong long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction and through regular engagement.
- Maintain the daily status reports, including activity reports and calls, feedback /follow ups made.
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting sales staff to solve customer’s problems with help of IT team.
- Prepare and agree individual action plans and targets for all team members.
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, sales and activities.
- Gives the proper solutions to customer’s queries and questions related to software.
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good Communication skills (English & Hindi, if you know other regional languages that will be a plus).
- Proven work experience as a sales executive in software Industries.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and management skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
