Simpl Fulfillment launched 7 years ago after the massive transition to online retail, and offers customers both e-commerce fulfillment and FBA prep services. We are currently on the hunt for a Office + Billing Admin. This person will be working closely with Simpl Fulfillment’s Head of Revenue by managing billing across our Amazon and e-commerce clients, as well as managed office operations!

About You:

What You’ll Do:
- Billing: You’ll work closely with the Head of Revenue + Owner on creating and managing billing for our clients. Excel experience is definitely a plus, but so long as you are comfortable using a computer, the process is pretty simple!
- Phones: You’ll be the face of Simple! You’ll be in charge of answering and routing phone calls, taking notes, if need be, and give our clients the best possible experience.
- Office Admin: The other component of the role includes making sure that supplies are stocked, that enough materials have been ordered for the month, and managing expenses, along with the Head of Revenue.
How you’ll excel:
- Be a people person: You’re our face! You’ll be responsible for giving existing and new clients the experiences that they are looking for!
- Be detail oriented: You’ll be responsible for making sure the business is running smoothly… kinda! Making sure that the proper notices are given to the correct person, as well as getting bills and invoices out of the door!
- Take ownership: We’re a small team, and because of that, we all at some point do a job that falls outside of our role. This sound bad? Then this probably isn’t the role for you. We like people that enjoy building processes and learning about businesses.
- Be curious: We are growing, and we are always looking for ways to do things better. No questions are dumb here, so fire away!
