Relationship Manager - Home Loans

JOB DESCRIPTION
● To build and maintain relations with the builder CRM team across all sites.
● To share builder team personalized advice on Home Loans, build rapport and provide
quick responses to their inquiries
● To coordinate with the builder CRM team for the process completion of registrations,
property documentation.
● Attend the builder complaints and escalate to stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
● Prepare daily MIS and conduct regular review meetings for the builder team.
● Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving builder team
satisfaction.
● Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets builder expectations.
● Source potential Leads from Builder CRM
● Assist the builder team in collection of part disbursements.
● To be in sync with the collection target of the builder team

REQUIRED SKILLS
● Understand the business cycle of the home loan process from login to disbursement in the
bank.
● Demonstrates the ability to work well with people, both internally and with external clients.
● Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills.
● Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.
● Intimate knowledge of the products or services being offered, great communication skills
and sales experience.
● Ability to make quick, accurate, and appropriate decisions.
● Exceptional skills in computer systems and mobile applications.
● Must be able to navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information.
● Position requires ability to work in a very structured environment with a diverse workforce.
● Must be able to adapt to dynamic, quickly changing telecommunications environments.
● Accountable for builder office attendance on a daily basis and adherence to work schedule
results.
● Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
with clients

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
● 1+ years of experience in Home Loan / Real Estate CRM
● MBA / Graduate
● Age- Less than 30 years
